Access : The Museum tries to meet the needs of visitors with disabilities within the restrictions imposed by our old listed building. We have wheelchair access to the two downstairs rooms of the Museum and to the Chapel, though there is a low step and threshold into each building. We also have disabled access toilet facilities.
Catering : The Museum has no catering facilities of its own but Stewards are happy to suggest where meals can be obtained. A ‘Places to Eat’ guide can be found in Discover Weardale website.
